Coconut Bread

A meal in a bread inspired by Sheri Veronica as an after-work-out snack.


  1. 2 Grated coconuts
  2. 4 Sticks of Butter
  3. 2 Pounds of Raisins, Flax Seeds and other fruits combined
  4. 2 Cups of Sugar mixed with your favorite flavorings
  5. (e.g., nutmeg, cinnamon, bay leaf)2
  6. 4 Pounds of Organic Flour Mix (gluten free and
  7. other healthy selections of flour)
  8. 5 Tbs. of baking powder
  9. .. Pinch of salt. .. Vanilla or mix essence.


BLEND the four sticks of butter with two cups of boiling water (if the butter is hard), and the sugar. Blend until sugar is totally dissolved. MIX all the dry ingredients together in a bowl and add the butter mixture from the blender. MIX them all together and add the flour until the mixture comes together in a ball and not sticks to your hands. If mixture is sticking to your fingers, add more flour. SEPARATE into four or five breads and place in buttered and floured pans. BAKE at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, depending on how brown you want your breads to be.
